BC Housing Network Students, Faculty & Staff

Using the BC Housing Network's OCH101 housing database, students can review various types of property such as houses, apartments, shared accommodations, townhouses, private homes, room & board, home-stay, and several other popular property categories. New listings are reviewed and posted in real-time so check back often for new listings. If you are looking for a roommate, visit our to help you find a great roommate. All OCH101 and Roommate Finder services are FREE for students.

Managers and Landlords

Property owners and managers will find that the OCH101 website is a fast and easy way to promote rental listings directly to the BC Housing Network community. Your rental listing includes unlimited text, property photos, driving directions, and many other valuable features. BC Housing Network OCH101 provides swift access to pertinent information, minimizing the time required by housing seekers, property managers and landlords. For first-time BC Housing Network landlords, your first month's listing is free of charge.
