The use of longer descriptions & photos took the guess-work out of house hunting.

Today, the My Ideal Home Rental Network is comprised of over 80 official partners across Canada & the US including college & universities such as SFU, BCIT, Royal Roads, UFV, Camosun, NIC, UBC, Trinity, Vancouver Island University, UNBC & Douglas to name several. Rent BC is also partners with BC's two primary landord associations, ROMS BC & BCAOMA, which advocate for quality landlords through education & support.

    • Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in North Richmond. We are a 10 minute walk to the Bridgeport Skytrain Station, convenient for BCIT aviation students or airport employees.

    • The rooms are located in a private wing of the home and they share a private lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities.

    • Rooms come with a semi-private bathroom (shower is shared).

    • The home has internet and cable service. Utilities are included in the price.

    • Please, no smoking, no pets.

    • Monthly Rate $500/1 person/per room
    • Short Term: $50/night
    • Monthly Rate for Bachelor $650/1 person/per room
